The Pain

You've done hundreds of good jobs and have 11 reviews. The guy with 40 reviews and worse work is outranking you.

Homeowners don't know you. They judge you on what they can see before they call, and that is your star rating and how many people stood behind it.

How It Works

Three steps. Nobody has to ask.

  1. 1

    Job Marked Complete

When you close out a job in your system, the automation picks it up. Nothing for you or your crew to remember.

  2. 2

    Review Request Texted

Your customer gets a short, friendly text from your business number with a one tap link straight to your Google listing.

  3. 3

    Reviews Land Where Homeowners Look

They leave a review in seconds, and it shows up on the Google listing homeowners actually check before they call.

We Connect Your Google Profile

The one tap link points at your Google Business Profile, so we connect it during setup. If you don't have one yet, we'll get it claimed and verified with you.

What You Get

Set up once. Runs after every job.

  • Automatic Request

A review request goes out after every completed job, to every customer, without anyone having to remember to ask.

  • One Tap Link

The text carries a direct link to your Google listing, so leaving a review takes seconds instead of a search.

  • Capped Follow-Up

If there is no response, we send up to 2 gentle nudges and then stop. Anyone who asks us to stop is removed immediately.

  • New Review Alerts

You get notified as soon as a new Google or Facebook review is posted, so you can reply while it is fresh.

  • Written In Your Voice

We write the message with you so it sounds like your business, not like software. You approve it before it ever sends.

Objections? We've Got Answers.

Let's clear them up.

  • What about bad reviews?

We ask every customer, not just the ones we expect to be happy — that is what keeps your profile safe, because Google prohibits filtering who gets asked. In practice, asking everyone after every job buries the occasional bad review under a steady stream of real ones, and a profile with a few honest four-star reviews reads as more credible to homeowners than a wall of perfect fives.

  • Is this against Google's rules?

No. Google allows businesses to ask for reviews that reflect a genuine experience. What it prohibits is offering incentives and selectively asking only the customers you think will say something nice. We do neither: no discounts or gifts for reviewing, and the same request goes to everyone after every completed job.

  • Do I have to ask people myself?

No. The request fires off the completed job automatically, so nobody on your crew has to remember to bring it up or feel awkward asking at the end of a job.

  • Does all this texting cost extra?

No. The review request texts are included in your plan, and normal home services volume stays comfortably inside the monthly allowance that comes with it. You are not billed per message, there is no meter to watch day to day, and we do not charge you for going over. If your regular volume ever approached the allowance, we would talk to you about an arrangement that fits rather than sending you a bill.

More reviews. More trust. More jobs.

Turn the jobs you've already done into the proof homeowners look for. We'll connect your Google profile, write the message with you, and test it before it ever reaches a customer.
