Follow-Up That Never Forgets. Close More Jobs.
You send the estimate. Then life gets busy. Automated follow-up stays on it so you don't have to. More replies, more booked jobs.
Example: 7-Day Follow-Up Sequence
-
Day 0
Form Filled
A lead submits a contact or estimate request.
-
Day 0
Text #1
An instant text thanks them and sets expectations.
-
Day 2
Email #1
Shares information and answers the common questions.
-
Day 4
Text #2
A friendly nudge. Still interested in a quote?
-
Day 7
Email #2
A final follow-up. We're here when you're ready.
One example cadence. We tune the number of touches and the timing to your trade and your sales cycle.
How It's Different
Two jobs. Two systems.
One catches the call you couldn't pick up. The other chases the lead who filled out your form and then went quiet. Most shops need both.
-
Missed-Call Text-Back
Catches the call you couldn't answer.
- Triggered by a missed call
- One text, sent right away
- Keeps a hot lead from moving on
- Happens one time
-
Automated Lead Follow-Up
Chases the leads that went quiet.
- Triggered by a form fill or an estimate
- A multi-day run of texts and emails
- Nurtures, informs, and builds trust
- Keeps going until they reply
How It Works
Set it once. It works while you work.
-
1
A Lead Comes In
Someone fills out your form, or you send them an estimate.
-
2
The Sequence Starts
Texts and emails go out on the schedule we set with you.
-
3
They Reply
Their answer lands in your inbox and the sequence stops.
-
4
You Close The Job
You step into a warm conversation instead of a cold call.
What You Get
Every lead gets chased.
-
Multi-Day Sequences
A custom run of touches over a week or longer, so you stay top of mind.
-
Text & Email
One sequence uses both, because some people answer a text and some read email.
-
Estimate Follow-Up
Quotes get chased on their own, so you stop leaving money on the table.
-
Stale Lead Reactivation
Old leads who never answered get one more run at becoming customers.
-
Replies In One Place
Texts and form fills land in your inbox, and we set up your email domain so replies thread there too.
Works Even Better With
The rest of the system.
Common Questions
Let's clear them up.
-
Won't this annoy people?
It would if it kept going after they answered, so it doesn't. The sequence watches for a reply on each channel and stops the moment one arrives, so nobody who has already written back keeps getting chased. We also set the quiet hours, so nothing goes out at eleven at night. If a lead never responds at all, the run ends on its own after the last touch.
-
Do I have to write all the messages?
No. We bring the sequence written and you edit it, which usually takes one pass to make it sound like you rather than like a marketer. Everything is in your words before it ever sends, and you can change any message later without rebuilding the sequence.
-
What if they reply while I'm on a job?
You get notified by text and email, and the reply is waiting in your inbox on your phone and your desktop. Nothing needs answering that second. The automation has already stopped, so the lead isn't being messaged while they wait on you.
-
Can I follow up on estimates I've already sent?
Yes. Sending an estimate can start its own sequence, so a quote that goes quiet gets chased without you remembering to do it. It stops as soon as the estimate is accepted or the customer replies.
-
Does all this messaging cost extra?
No. The texts and emails in your sequences are included in your plan, and normal home services volume stays comfortably inside the monthly allowance that comes with it. You are not billed per message, there is no meter to watch day to day, and we do not charge you for going over. If your regular volume ever approached the allowance, we would talk to you about an arrangement that fits rather than sending you a bill.

Stop letting good leads go cold.
Let automated follow-up do the heavy lifting so you can focus on the work. We write the sequence with you and test it before it ever talks to a customer.
