Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

This policy is written in plain English and limited to what we actually do. When our practices change, this page changes first.

Who we are

JADCO Media, LLC ("JADCO Media", "we", "us" and "our") builds websites and marketing automation for local home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site or book a strategy call, you choose to give us:

  • Your name
  • Your business name
  • Your trade
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Anything you write in the message field

You can also reach us through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. Those forms are hosted by Meta and collect the same details, which Meta passes to us.

Our systems also record the basic technical details that come with any web request, like your IP address and browser type.

If you become a client, we also collect billing details, which are handled by our payment processor so we never see your full card number, and the business information needed to build your site. If your plan includes a phone number, that business information is also used to register the number with carriers. If your plan sends review requests by email from your own domain, we also need access to your domain's DNS records to add email authentication.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare for a strategy call, and to provide services if you become a client. We may follow up about your inquiry by phone, text, or email, and you can tell us to stop at any time. We do not sell your information. We share it with the service providers described below, and, when you book a call from one of our ad pages, we send Meta a scrambled version of your email address so we can tell which ads work, which is described under "Cookies and analytics."

Text messages from us

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or your account. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Your mobile opt-in information, including your phone number and consent records, is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are processed by our messaging and CRM providers only to deliver the messages you've agreed to receive.

Call recording

Calls to and from our tracked business line may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. Where a call is recorded, you'll hear a notice at the start. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so and we'll turn it off.

Service providers

We run on third-party platforms to do our work: a customer-relationship and marketing platform that stores the messages you send and manages our website, phone, and automation services; a calendar and video-meeting tool for strategy calls; an email delivery service; a payment processor for clients; an error-monitoring service that records technical details when a page on this site fails, so we can fix it; and the analytics tools described below. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms, and only as needed to provide their part of the service.

If you're a client: your customers' information

Clients upload or generate customer information in the systems we manage for them, such as contact details, job notes, and message threads. That data belongs to the client, and we act only on the client's instructions: we host it, run the automations the client has turned on, and never sell it or use it to market to a client's customers ourselves. When a client leaves, their customer data is exportable for 30 days after service ends and is deleted within a further 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.

If you're a customer of one of our clients and want your information corrected or deleted, the fastest path is to ask that business directly. You can also contact us and we'll pass the request along.

Cookies and analytics

We use the Meta pixel on this site. It sets cookies and tells Meta when you visit a page, submit a form, or book a call here. We use it for two things: to see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads actually produce inquiries, and to show follow-up ads to people who visited but did not get in touch. Meta receives that activity and uses it under its own terms.

If you book a strategy call from the page our Facebook and Instagram ads link to, our server sends Meta a record of that booking as well, separately from the pixel and from your browser. That record contains a scrambled version of your email address, which Meta can compare against its own records but cannot read back as an email address, together with your IP address, your browser type, and the ad-click identifier that brought you to the page. We send it because the pixel frequently fails to run inside the Facebook and Instagram apps, which is where most people arrive from, and without it we cannot tell which ads lead to booked calls. We do not send your phone number to Meta.

We also use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count page views and see which pages people actually read. It does not set cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We see totals and page paths, not individuals.

An ad or content blocker stops the pixel and Umami, and nothing on this site breaks if you use one. It does not stop the booking record described above, because that one is sent by our server rather than by your browser. Booking from our contact page or from /book instead of the ad page sends nothing to Meta, and you can always reach us by phone or email.

How we protect it

Everything you send through this site travels over an encrypted connection, and the systems we store it in are protected by access controls and multi-factor authentication. Only people who need access to answer you or run your account have it, and access is removed when it is no longer needed.

We choose established providers for hosting, messaging, and payments, and we rely on their security programs for the parts of the service they run. Payment card details never touch our systems: they are handled by our payment processor directly.

No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law, rather than quietly hoping you don't notice.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, generally no more than two years if you don't become a client. Client records are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, and billing and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, reach us through the contact page on our website and we will respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; contact us and we'll honor the ones that apply.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page.
